Cicada Services is committed to making this website as accessible as possible, so that as many people as we can — including people with disabilities — can use it.

What we do

We have built this site with accessibility in mind. In particular:

• pages use clear headings and a logical structure;
• form fields have visible labels;
• images have text alternatives;
• the layout is responsive and works on phones, tablets and computers;
• we use readable text sizes and aim for good colour contrast.

We aim to meet the international WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility guidelines where we reasonably can. The site has not been formally audited, so some areas may not yet fully meet that standard.

Known limitations

The date-and-time picker on the booking page is an interactive calendar that may be difficult to use with some assistive technologies, such as screen readers. We are working to improve this.

If you have any difficulty using the booking form, you do not need to use it. Please email Marie directly at marie.tucker@cicadaservices.co.uk with your preferred dates and a few details, and we will arrange a consultation with you that way.
